Monday – Max Effort Upper
2 Board Bench Press – 4x5 @ 70% of best bench
IC DB Press – 3x8
A1 – Yates Row – 4x8
A2 – Band Pull Aparts – 4x15
B1 – Rowing High Pull – 3x10
B2 – Tri band Burns – 3x15
Hammer Curl Drop Set – 2x3drops
Prowler Sprints - 6x15 yards

Today was the first day of our Off-Season Football program. We got the crew off and running with a Upper day at around 75%.  We had a lot of new faces and this years crew will be the most bad ass to date!  GET JACKED!
